Shipping Policy

Please make sure when placing your order that your shipping address is correct. We cannot be responsible for wrong shipping addresses regardless of the reason. Paypal, Etsy, google, etc all have the ability to store and auto-populate addresses. You must check that yours is correct prior to submitting your order. We will always ship to the address on your order unless you contact us with a correction BEFORE the item ships. Once it has shipped we cannot be responsible for any incorrect addresses.

Please also note that once your package is in the hands of the Postal Service, any delays, damages, or missing packages are not our responsibility, but the responsibility of the Postal Service. You always have the option to add insurance (Priority Mail) to your package at checkout. In addition, you may opt to require a signature upon delivery. If you would like a signature, just message us and we will be sure to add it to your shipping label.

We will always do our best to help if you experience an issue with delivery. However, please be aware that we are limited in what we can do, since we are not affiliated with the Postal Service.

We are happy to offer shipping worldwide! We usually ship within 1-3 business days. Please be aware that international shipments may take a bit longer to receive. Also please be aware of any extra taxes, fees, or customs charges that may be charged in your country for you to receive your package, as you will be responsible for these charges.
